Some people are considering it as a threat to the jobs and some people are considering it as a chance to improve a person’s skill. This technology will definitely help us in various things. Nowadays, almost every instrument uses Artificial Intelligence. You can observe in various mobile phones, Artificial Intelligence cameras are used. These cameras take pictures automatically and make those pictures very perfect. Various examples are seen where we can say that this technology can be seen as functioning. Nowadays, various companies are using AI techniques in their hiring process. They are conducting an online test using Artificial Intelligence. Various other things can be seen where people are using this technology. Almost every big organization(Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and Ericsson, etc) is using technology for efficient and productive work. Machine Learning, Industry 4.0, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence all are connected to one another. There is a prediction that by 2025 almost about 60–70% industry will be run by these 4 technology naming as Machine Learning, Industry 4.0, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. This technology will be based on the 5G (5TH Generation). 5G will be the backbone behind Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Industry 4.0, and Deep Learning. There are various sayings that this technology will affect jobs. Some people are saying that this will be a boon for various companies. Many people are saying that this will help them to improve their business function. In my opinion, this technology will definitely become a threat but also this technology will become the backbone for many organizations. Ericsson company whole future depends on the future of 5G technology.
Artificial Intelligence vs Machine Learning vs Deep Learning.
There are many applications of this technology. This will be used in the Healthcare center, Finance and Economics, Military, automotive, and various other centers. In the healthcare center, it will be used for the CT(Computed Tomography) scan or ECG(electrocardiogram). It will pop out better results. It will be used in the Finance and Economics Sectors. It will help in computing various formulas in the finance and economics sectors. Various Military led applications will be developed by this technology. Tesla is a world-famous company that is making a car that will be based on Artificial Intelligence. It will be a driverless car that will be run by Artificial Intelligence technology.
There are many negative as well as positive things that can find out from this technology. Negative things that can find out is that it will be a threat to the jobs sector. It will definitely an agent who will take a few people's jobs. MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Sector) will be the most affected sector. In this sector, various people will not able to upgrade their skills as required to compete with other technology. MSME sector will be the most affected sector. People will not able to cope with new advanced technology. MSME as well as the Manufacturing sector will be the most affected sector. MSME, as well as the manufacturing sector, will be upgraded with Industry 4.0. Every work will be done by the machines robotically. Manpower will be very less for the purpose. People will lose their jobs.
On the other hand, It will be very useful for people, people will upgrade their skills and perform the required task. Those people who will be able to upgrade with technology. They will definitely get high paid jobs.

10 things We can learn from the Movie Border

6 Things we can learn from the Movie Border
Border in an Indian movie which was directed by the J.P Dutta. The movie was released in 1997. The movie features various actors like Sunny Deol, Sunil Shetty, Akshay Khanna, Puneet Issar, Jackie Shroff, Sudesh Berry, Tabu, Pooja Bhatt, etc. The border is a story based on India-Pakistan War 1971. It is a story of how the 23rd Regiment of Punjab Battalion was led by the Major Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri role played by the Sunny Deol. The movie showed how Kuldeep Singh Chadnpuri led his team, how he and his team saved the territory which was given to him. At one stage, Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri was left with his around 20 soldiers. He was given the choice to left the territory or fight. Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri and his team decided to fight against the enemy. 23rd Battalion of Punjab Regiment led by Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri defeated the enemy. There are many things that can be learned from the Movie. Movies based on the army always give us some important messages in life. They taught us many things like Leadership, Team collaboration, sacrifice, and various other things.
I am highlighting 6things that can be learned from the Movie.
1.     There is always a rivalry between the two organizations.
Army Major Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri and Air Force Wing Commander Anand “Andy” Bajwa taking a ride in MIG 21.
“chaman mein ikhtilat-e-rang-o-bu se baat banti hai ,ham hi ham hain to kya ham hain tum hi tum ho to kya tum ho”. This a famous Ghazal said by Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri to Wing Commander Anand “Andy” Bajwa. They both were arguing that their department is the best in handling any situation. Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri insisted that the Army is the best on the other hand Andy argued that the Air Force is the Best.
When you work for any organization there is always a tussle between two teams. Any organization there is always a rivalry between two teams. They want to prove to each other that their team is the best. There are many examples of this you can see there is always a rivalry between Delhi Police and Mumbai Police. But Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri said something that ends the conversation beautifully. He said that Chaman Mein ikhtitat-e-rang (ikhtilat meaning fragrance and rang means color). It means that color without fragrance is useless. Therefore Air force without Army and Army without Air forcer will not able to work out. Collaboration is required between two organizations for better performance.
2. Life Second Name is Problem.
Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri telling Mathura Das that if everyone will take holiday then how we will win the War. He told him that before he declared him traitor he should leave the camp.
Remember this Scene. Here Mathura Das was very enthusiastic that he got a holiday. He expressed his happiness in front of all the people. Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri came into the scene. He told Mathura Das that the way he was behaving with his colleague was not good at all. Mathura Das gave an excuse that his wife is very ill. She was suffering from a malady. Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri told him that everyone’s family member is suffering from some kind of disease. Everyone has a problem in their life. He said his famous dialogue that “Life Second name is a problem”. Before he declared him a traitor, he must go from the camp.
When you work for any organization you must sacrifice your everything for the work. You should leave your home tension at home and you should be mentally prepared for any work.
3. Leaders should be fearless
Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri reached the end of the border.
This is a very important scene in this movie. Here Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri reached the end of the border. He was on the gunpoint of the Pakistan Army. But nothing happened, he was left unharmed. When he back to the post, he told his team members that his god is always with him. He can’t be killed. This is the most important scene. Leaders have faith in themselves. Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri this gimmick gave a very good message to the team. Everyone was flabbergasted by his action. Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri showed that he is fearless and ready to take any risk to serve his country.
4. Every organization needs a specialist.
Border Security Force(BSF) commander Bhairon Singh
Border Force(BSF) commander Bhairon Singh's role was played by the Sunil Shetty. He played the role of a very patriotic officer. He was hired by the Army because he was specialist in his field. He had good experience in the desert. He considers the desert soil as his mother. There came a scene where he told his colleague that green grass is available only in Pakistan. Only a specialist can tell you this.
Every organization needs a specialist for efficient work. BSF Commander Bhairon Singh helps the army in many ways throughout their journey.
5. Leaders have emotions too.
Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri consolidates his team member that we will win the war and We will go to the home.
Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri rolled played by the Sunny Deol was so perfect. He showed discipline that everyone needs in their life. Here he showed that a leader have emotion too. He showed that emotions are part and parcel of any man.
6. Once you choose hope, anything is possible.
Kuldeep Singh Chadnpuri just chooses the hope and the rest was history.
Kuldeep Singh chandpuri’s team was very weak in front of the enemy Army. He choose hope and rest was history. His team only choose hope and they defeated. There comes a point where his team was left vulnerable, enemy was hovering all over thier head. But at the final moment, the air force came to their rescue and their team won the battle.

Demonetization and its benefit.

On November 8, 2016, Our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that Rs. 500 and 1000 will be demonetized after 12:00 A.M. It has been almost 4 years since he announced the demonetization.

1. It reduces the liability of the government.
Before demonetization. Hard money circulated in the economy. There was lesser money circulate in the economy in the form of soft money. The government has also announced that 5 lakh crore rupees have been collected in the form of notes, hard currency, etc.

Ghatak: Lethal Story

Today I will write about the Movie Ghatak. Ghatak is a 1996 action movie. The movie was directed by the Rajkumar Santoshi and was produced by the Dharmendra. The movie had starred like Sunny Deol, Meenakshi Seshadri, Amrish Puri, and Danny Denzongpa.
The movie is based on a small town in Mumbai where few shopkeepers run there shops but a goon whose name is Katiya(role played by Danny Denzongpa) wants to take their shop’s property illicitly. There is a person whose name is Namdev. He takes a stand against Katya and tells each and every person that if we can stand against him, He can not takes our property. But nobody assists him and he was murdered by the Katiya brothers’.
The movie then moves  to Banaras where Shambu Nath(role played by Amrish Puri) lives with his son Kashi(role played by Sunny Deol). Shambu Nath is a very blatant or flagrant person. He is suffering from some problems that create problems in his throat. For better treatment, Vaid suggests them move to Mumbai. Kashi along with his father moves to Mumbai where his brother lives. His brother runs a stationery shop where Katya's goon wants to confiscate their property.
The movie moves further ahead. Kashi started exploring Mumbai. One day he meets Gauri(role plays by Meenakshi Shesadri). They both roam in Mumbai and both start liking each other.

His father tells him that “ Just like life, death is also a reality, Accept it and move forward”. From that day Sunny Deol becomes a very dangerous person. He controls his emotion and socially becomes a very brave man. One day while Katiya’s goon was irritating shopkeepers, Kashi beats them black and blue. Everyone is filled with confidence. But Katiya does not like that. Katiya’s goon kidnapped Kashi’s brother son. Their goon tells that if they want Munna then sent Kashi to us.

Someone tells Kashi that only through Antya we can reach Katiya. While they were searching for Antya in the bar. Kashi finds out that Gauri was dancing in a dance bar and he was devastated by that scene. There was a story that Gauri's sister was paralyzed, that is why she was dancing so that she can earn money for her treatment.
When Kashi meets Antya, Antya tells Kashi that if he wants Munna, he has to fight Akram Khan. Then the most iconic film scene ever taken place between Akram Khan and Kashi. Kashi defeats him. Katiya wants him to work for him but he refuses and told Katya that his power and strength are earned through hard work. It can not be wasted in bad work.
When Kashi was about to leave for Banaras. Katiya along with his brother attacked Katiya. Katiya made Shambu Nath a dog in front of all society. Both father and son were left unconscious in front of all people.
Then Kashi decided to kill all seven brothers of Katiya. He first kills Antya. He was sent jail for that. Suddenly, Kashi’s father Shambu Nath died. Noone gave him kandha for the last ride. Kashi alone gave him Kanda and did all the final rites.

9 Things we can learn from the Movie Lakshya

Today, I will describe in this post that why Lakshya Movie is a must-watch movie for every Adolescent and teenagers. This movie was released in 2004. It starred Hrithik Roshan as the lead actor. It is a story of a youngster, Karan Shergill, who is confused in his life, he was not able to find out the goal "Lakshya " of his life. One day his friend told him that he was joining the Indian Army, Karan Shergill was also  influenced by his friend. Therefore, he also joined the Army. But at the final moment, his friend denied joining Army. Twist came in the Movie when Karan Shergill left the Army camp without informing any person. When he met his girlfriend Romila Dutta (Role played by Preity Zinta). She accused him of being a careless person who can not stand by the decision he took for himself and told him that she can not marry a guy like him. Then Karan Shergill went back to the Army Camp and story move further.

Here are the 9 things you can learn from the Life of Karan Shergill and the Movie Lakshya.

1. It is ok to be confused in Life.

Karan Shergill dancing on the song "Main Aisa Kyun Hoon"
This song came just after Karan Shergill's  friends had decided the goals of their life but he was confused and suddenly some thoughts came to his mind that Why he is like that, Why he is not able to find the goal of his life. Positive things that teenagers can take from  is that  Karan Shergill had not any procrastination feeling. Yes,  he was confused but he never regrets anything in his life.

2. The World is full of stories, interesting people. How can someone feel bored?

Karan Shergill and Romila Dutta Confronting each other.
This is a scene where Karan Shergill asked his girlfriend Romila Dutta why she never felt bored in her life. Romila Dutta replied that the world is full of stories, full of interesting people. How can someone feels bore in their life? She said that if people are interested  in their life, they can not get the time to get bore?
This scene depicts that there will come a situation in your life where you will feel useless and many thoughts will come in people's minds. It is because they have not found the goal  of their life yet.
We can observe one more thing here is that he was not depressed at all. He was not in stress at all.
In my humble opinion, there  could be various reasons behind that one could be his hobbies.
He was confused but his mind was so strong that negative thoughts were not coming in his mind.

3. Reading books is a good habit.

Romila Dutta reading a book while confronting Karan Shergill.

Captain Karan Shergill reading a book.
Here, I have attached two photos. In the first photo, Romila Dutta is reading a book and in the second photo, Karan Shergil is reading the book under a tree.
There is an adage that books are the best friend of a person. When you  watch the movie, you will find out that they both feel  complete with inner peace and You will observe a sense of satisfaction on their face. Yes, Books  will never leave you alone and you will not be affected by other people's life.

4. You should have the courage to go against the decision of your father.

Karan Shergill confronting his father.
This scene depicts a very common scene of an Indian middle-class family, it depicts a relationship  between a son and his father. When Karan Shergill joined Army his father was not happy with the decision. He was furious with his son. He asked his son by whom permission are you  joining Army? He further asked his son if you will join the Army than after you who will take care of my Business?
Karan Shergill was a very adamant person and he stuck to his decision and joined the army.

Neither Karan Shergill nor his father was wrong here. His father has done all the hard work in his life and settles a very big business in a Metro City Delhi. He could have the desire that  after me, my son will take care of my business. But Karan Shergill was joining Army. Therefore, his dream was shattered.

5. Don't be an animal (Never chase a girl)

Karan Shergill was frustrated and devastated  after his girlfriend had left him.

When Romila Dutta rejected Karan Shergill and told her that She can not marry a guy who can not stand by his decision. A decision which was taken by himself for the first time in this life. She can not marry such a person as he is.
Yes, Karan Shergill was devastated, he was frustrated.  The beauty which Farhan Akhtar has shown here is very applaudable. Karan Shergill did not chase the girl. He did not try to contact her. He did not become an animal after that. He never showed a rejection feeling to anyone. Neither to his friends nor to this family. This is something that today's teenagers can learn that whenever a girl rejects you should not chase her. You should  force her to listen to yourself. You should have dignity and You should have some respect for her. You should respect her dignity.
A Woman should be respected for many reasons. Her decision should be respected for many reasons.

6. Discipline makes good Leaders.

Look at the intensity in the eyes of Karan Shergill. This intensity is required in Leader's eyes.

Karan Shergill breached the Army Rule and Court Marshall was waiting for him. He confronted his senior officers and accepted all the mistakes he had made while he was on training. There is an adage that says "Fortune favors the Brave". This is what happened here with Karan. He was given 1 month. In one month, his behavior will be observed and then further decisions will be taken.
In 1 month's, he showed the discipline an Army Man must possess. He wakes up early in the morning and starts further training. He starts a good habit of writing. He starts a good habit of reading. Here  are things which a leader must possess and the song "Yeh hi Lakshya hai tera" perfectly describes the scenario.

7. Team Work

Three Soldiers encouraging one another.

The Song "Kandhe se Milte Kandhe Kadmo se Kadam Milte hai, Hum Chalte hai Aise dil dushman k hilte hai".  If someone wants to see what teamwork could be like, then this is a perfect movie to watch out. The Lyrics of the song are something that can boost or strengthen teamwork in any organization.

8. Sometimes It is ok not to look back or look down

3rd Battalion team of Punjab Regiment led by Captain Karan Shergill.

In this scene, a junior told his captain Karan Shergill that Sahabji niche dekne se dar lagta. Kya karu ? . Karan Shergill replied you should not look down. This is the only solution.
This is also the life we should never look back in our life, No matter what.

9.Lakshya

Captain Karan Shergill telling Journalist Romila Dutta about the Lakshya of his life.

The sole purpose of this movie is to  tell the audience that A person should find the goal or Lakshya of his/her life as early as he/she could. Once you will find your Lakshya. One matter after you will be able to achieve that Lakshya.

There are various other things which we can also learn from this Movie. Different people have different views. I have expressed my views sincerely. If you like my views, You can give feedback to me by commenting on this.
Thank You!

2007 World Cup (ODI and T20)

Today, I will describe the experience  of 2007 World Cup. Both world Cup ODI and T20. Before the world cup started, India had played very good cricket since 2003 world cup. India famously won the both odi and test series versus pakistan in 2004. Under the captaincy of Rahul Dravid India were playing very good cricket. Greg Chappel was made the coach for India team in May 2004. He made very sudden change in the team like he often made Irfan Pathan to open the innings. He made Irfan Pathan an all-rounder. Combination of the team India was not good at that time.

Everyone knows that Austrailia was the hot favorite to win the series even before the World Cup started, India was also the favorite to win the World Cup

India made 157. Gautam Gambhir was the highest run scorer in the match. He made 75 runs. Rohit Sharma gave a sharp finish to the innigs. He made 30 runs.

The People's Budget

The first budget of this decade has 'ease of living' as its basic tenet. Jan Jan ka Budget, as it is named has presented a slew of measures and has taken some bold steps which can have long-term impact on the economy. Through structured reforms, this budget maintains a fine balance between growth and fiscal prudence.

The Economic Survey 2019-20 focused on wealth creation of 130 crore Indians. This is realised through the three central themes of this budget - Aspirational India, Economic Development, Caring Society. The power of Student protest

Ever since Narendra Modi second tenure began, his government is taking decision at an unprecedented speed. The government had finished the Triple Talak rule. Last August, the government had abolished the article 370 and article 35A from the Indian Constitution and bifurcated the Jammu and Kashmir into two union territory; Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. The opposition alleged the ruling party that enough time was not given to us for scrutiny examine the Bill. However, the government abide by their side that enough time was given for the debate in the parliament. In the winter season of parliament, the government has passed the Citizenship Amendment Bill(CAB) (Citizenship of India is defined under the articles 5 to 11 in the Indian Constitution).
There were some hostile debates took place in the Parliament. Assududdin Owaisi, who is the President of the  All India Majlis-e- Ittehadul Muslimeen(AIMIM) tear away the Bill and said it is unconstitutional and it will lead to the partisan of the country. Kapil Sibal, who is Member of Rajya Sabha from Congress alleged that Mr. Modi government is openly trying to degrade democracy and the Bill is against the Minority.

Taking the inspiration from the rumours spread by the politicans and other people , there were some ire developed in people and they started protesting against the government. Starting at Delhi's Jamia Milia Islamia students in campuses have arisen in protest. The protest drew ire of the people and turned into a violent protest. However, this was not just a student protest, the protest was agigated by some goons etc.
Students protests have the power to transform the India's Democracy. There are various examples where student protests had transformed the India's Democracy.
In the 1960s the student of erstwhile Madras state had agigated successfully against the imposition
of Hindi as the sole official language, later the studnets of osmania university at Hyderabad had agigated for a separate Telangana and the 80s the students of Assam suceeded in bringing about the Assam Accord.
Now people are saying that students are agigating for a constitutional democracy expressing their dissent towards the Citizenship Amendment Act(CAA) which they perceive as blantly communal.

We cannot say where this will lead us, but the protest shows us some ire of the poeple.
